DATA DESTRUCTION SERVICES
1. Hard Drive Wiping
All hard drives on all computers are securely erased using Department of Defense standards. Hard drives that we don't reuse are destroyed.
2. Certified Data Destruction
We use Blancco software to
provide certified data destruction. It provides detailed
reporting of every erasure performed and ensures compliance
with FISMA, HIPAA, SOX, FACT ACT and GLBA.
Cost is $5 per
hard drive.
3. Hard Drive Shredding
InterConnection
partnered with Datasite, the northwest’s premier data
management service, to offer a secure shredding service for
hard drives and storage media. Hard drives are removed and
placed in a locked storage container. The container is
transported by Datasite to its data destruction facility.
Datasite’s services include onsite auditing, secure
transportation, hard drive and tape shredding, certificate of
destruction and indemnification.
Cost is $10 per hard drive.
