Roundabout
Microsoft and InterConnection will accept used computers, monitors, peripherals and other electronics during a one day reuse and recycling event. Reuseable items will be refurbished by InterConnection and provided to nonprofit organizations and low-income people in need of technology.
All data will be destroyed on hard drives for free. If donors prefer to wipe their own data we recommend the free data wipe software, KillDisk. You can also get 60% off the KillDisk Professional Suite 7.0 by using the discount code "interconnect".
InterConnection is the only nonprofit in the U.S. with two industry leading electronics recycling certifications, R2 and ISO14001. This means we only use audited, U.S. based companies for recycling electronics we can't reuse.
