2011 Sourcing Fees
InterConnection charges the following fees to source, test and
refurbish desktops, laptops and monitors.
DESKTOPS
Minimum order is 18 units or more. Costs do not include
shipping.
Standard Pentium IV= $40 US Per Unit
1.8 to 2.8 Ghz processor, 40 GB Hard drive or higher, Minimum 512 MB
Ram, CD Rom, Floppy Disk, Network Card, Sound and video cards. No
Windows installed. Name brand
only computers – Dell, Compaq, Gateway, etc. Monitor not included.
High End Pentium IV or Duo Core = $70 U.S. Per Unit
3.0 Ghz or above processor - 80 GB hard drive or higher, minimum 1
GB Ram, CD Rom, Floppy Disk, Network Card, Sound and video cards. No
Windows installed. Name brand only computers – Dell, Compaq,
Gateway, etc. Monitor not included.
SOFTWARE
Windows XP or Windows 7 License and Installation = $15
Windows in English, Spanish or French
Windows and Office Basic 2007 License and Install = $25 US Per Unit
Windows and Office 2007 Basic with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
LAPTOPS
Minimum order is five or more. Costs do not include shipping.
Standard Pentium IV or equivalent = $175
1.4 to 2.5 Ghz, Windows XP Pro and Office 2007 Basic License and
install, Minimum 512 MB Ram, Minimum 30 GB Hard Drive, WiFi Card
High-End Laptops = $225
Duo Core, Windows XP Pro and Office 2007 Basic License and install,
Minimum 1 GB Ram, Minimum 40 GB Hard Drive, WiFi Card
LCD FLAT SCREEN MONITORS
- 15” Mixed color and brands = $40 per unit
- Mixed order 15" and 17" = $50 per unit
- 17” Mixed color and brands = $60 per unit

Qualifications
Computers are only provided to schools, non-profits, non-governmental organizations or
international development organizations such as Peace Corps, World Vision, U.S. AID or similar entity. InterConnection reserves the right to decline any individual request.
Shipping
Minimum order is 18 desktop computers or 5 laptops for international orders. Shipping fees, including any pre-inspection, courier, notary, and certification costs, are the responsibility of the recipient and vary according to the destination. Computers are generally palletized for ocean freight.
Costs
InterConnection charges a per-unit fee to source, test, upgrade, and pack each computer and monitor. Fees vary according to quantity and shipping destination. Shipping fees are not included in the cost of computers. InterConnection is not a funding organization and cannot provide financial assistance for shipping. Full payment for computers and shipping must be received prior to shipment
