THREE EASY STEPS

  1. PREPARE
Fill out the form below. You will receive an email response based on the type of computer you plan to donate. We accept all computers and monitors, working or not, for free by mail. Only donors who send working Pentium III or better laptops and Mac laptops receive a pre-paid shipping label.

We destroy data on ALL donated computers for free. However, if you want to do it you can download this free data wiping software .
  1. PACKAGE
Wrap the computer with newspaper or bubble wrap and place it in a cardboard box. Packages must weigh less than 20 pounds and may not measure more than 108 inches in length and girth combined.

  2. SHIP
If you qualify for free shipping you must ship through U.S. Postal Service.  You can give the package to your mail carrier or take it directly to a post office.  If you don't qualify for free shipping use the most convenient shipping service available.

You will be mailed a donation receipt for a tax write-off once we receive the donation.

If your office has numerous computers we can ship you a heavy duty, 1000 lbs capacity electronics collection kit.  All costs, including kit, recycling and shipping are included: See details.
