We accept all computers and monitors for free by mail. Only qualified laptops receive free shipping. Laptops are refurbished and provided to people in need.

You will be mailed a donation receipt for a tax write-off once we receive the donation.

FREE SHIPPING FOR LAPTOPS!: Donors who send working Pentium III or better laptops and Mac laptops receive a pre-paid shipping label.

Data Destruction and Data Transfer: We destroy data on ALL donated computers. However, if you want to be double sure that your data will be destroyed you can do it on your own by downloading this free software here. We also have a partnership with Laplink and offer 20% off of there data migration software that moves programs, files, and settings from your old PC to your new PC, go here.

Recycling: If we can’t refurbish your computer it will be properly recycled at our facility in Seattle, Washington. InterConnection is the only non-profit computer exporter certified by the Basel Action Network as an e-Steward. We meet their rigorous criteria for sustainable and socially just electronics recycling.
