Step 1: Fill out the form on the right to receive a shipping label.   Step 2: Package laptop in a box.   Step 3: Ship it via USPS.

Donation Criteria: All laptops are accepted, working or not.  However, we only provide a pre-paid mailing label for functional laptops that are less than five years old.
 

Data Wiping:  We wipe hard drives on all laptops as soon as they are received.  If you prefer to wipe your own hard drive we recommend the free version of KillDisk at www.killdisk.com  Receive a coupon code for 50% off KillDisk Professional Suite edition when you fill out the donation form.
 
Tax Write-off Receipts:   Once your laptop is received you'll be sent a receipt that can be used to write-off  the current retail value of your laptop.
