    1. Prepare

    Fill out the form on the side. You’ll receive an e-mail response based on the type of computer you plan to donate. We accept all computers and monitors, working or not, for free by mail. Only donors who send functional laptops less than five years old receive a pre-paid shipping label.

    We destroy personal data on ALL donated computers for free. Or, if you prefer to do it yourself, you can download this free data wiping software.

    1. Package Your Computer

    Wrap the computer with enough newspaper or bubble wrap to safely cushion it while in transit, and place it in a cardboard box.

    1. Shipping to InterConnection

    If you qualify for free shipping you must ship through the U.S. Postal Service. You can either give the package to your mail carrier or take it directly to your local post office. If you don't qualify for free shipping, use the most convenient shipping service available.

    You will be mailed a charitable receipt for a tax write-off once we receive the donated computer.
