ACTIVITIES:
1. Meet Unit Committee Chairman to discuss objective and
modalities of survey 2. Survey households to identify households
using treated mosquito nets 3. Prepare credit guidelines
for beneficiaries and discuss with Unit Committee Chairmen
4. Liaise with Unit Committee Chairmen to identify beneficiaries
5. Open ledgers for beneficiaries and supply nets 6. Follow
up to see if mosquito nets are being used 7. Prepare periodic
reports
