STEP TWO: Select your volunteer type

Choose the volunteer type you’d like to be:

General Volunteer

Perfect for people with no computer hardware skills who want to help and need a free computer.   General volunteers perform tasks such as receiving computer donations, sweeping, sorting, cleaning, processing inventory and building pallets, and other activities.
 

Production Volunteer

Production volunteers should have some basic computer knowledge and a desire to improve their skills. Volunteers gain valuable hand-on training and help refurbish computers for schools, nonprofit organization and low-income individuals. Learn about computer components, how to upgrade and fix computers, how to identify parts and how to install components like memory, hard drives, and software.

Special Skills Volunteer

Have a skill you think we can use –like grant writing, teaching or training, marketing, web design, retail, service learning? Tell us about it and we'll try and find the perfect fit for your skills.

STEP THREE: Fill out the application

To start, you must fill out and submit the application form below. Our volunteer coordinator will review your application and let you know if we can accept you as a volunteer. Unfortunately, we don't have the resources to accept all volunteers. You will be notified within 5 business days if you are accepted.
